Refund Policy

The Willow Venue, LLC

All payments made to the The Willow Venue, LLC are subject to the terms of your event contract.

Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable and are used to reserve your event date and cover administrative costs.

Cancellations

If you cancel your event, any refunds will be handled according to the cancellation terms in your signed contract. Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of the event date.

Rescheduling 

Requests to reschedule an event are subject to availability and approval by The Willow Venue. Rescheduling must be received within 48 hours of the event date. Any credits or transfers of payments will follow the terms outlined in your contract.

No-shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused event time.
